I visited this restaurant as part of a Lamai Thai Massage package, and it turned out to be such a delight! I did the 3 course meal for two with the massage package deal. The food tasted authentic and the portions were generous enough for 2 people to share (if you're not too hungry). We ordered thai veggie spring roll, tom yum prawns soup, green curry, and soft shell crab curry. The drinks were great and the teddy bear drinks were so cute! Desserts (mango sticky rice & bua loy) were beautifully presented and just as tasty. I give 4 stars for service as it felt a little rushed, with appetizers, entrees, and drinks arriving all at once on small tables. Serving the entrees after the appetizers are done would ease the crowding on the tables. Also, the high tables near the bar were so close together that moving in and out was awkward. Despite the tight seating, the charming market at the entrance and the overall decor added to the ambience. I’d definitely return for the amazing food and creative drinks!

Here is a clean, natural review you can use: ⸻ My wife and I stopped by Pii Nong Thai Eatery for lunch and had an excellent experience. The food was consistently great across all the dishes we tried. The mango salad was especially amazing — fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. The Pad Thai was tasty, and the shrimp glass noodles were cooked really well with a great mix of textures. We also loved the Thai tea; it had that rich, creamy flavour you hope for. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff were very kind, respectful, and attentive. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Overall, a really nice spot for authentic Thai food and a genuinely pleasant dining experience. Highly recommend.

Overall 4.5/5 I tried Pii Nong for the first time with some friends on a weekend for lunch. As a group of 6 - we made reservations ahead of time so had no wait for tables, but it wasn't crazily busy when we where there. The service was very polite and attentive, and the food was delicious. Signature thai milk tea - 5/5 So cute and the tea was also tasty. The tea comes in a carafe that you add as you drink so it's not just the little single cup with the bear. Pandan leaf chicken- 4.5/5 The chicken had a nice char and fragrance. The sauce it was served with was delicious Nam tok grilled steak salad - 4.5/5 Super flavourful salad. A little spicy with the chilis. The sauce is a bit salty but that makes it pair really well with the sticky rice. Pad ped pla - 5/5 Crispy and delicious curry sauced seabass. There are bones, but it's not a lot. The fish was flakey and tender under the crispy exterior. The bamboo shoots and curry sauce paired so well. We ordered some jasmine rice to go along with it. Soft shell crab curry - 5/5 Served with roti and noodles. The curry is strong and aromatic. Sauce goes great with rice too. Seafood tom yum mor fai - 4.5/5 Tangy and very spicy. Lots of seafood and veggies inside. Paired well with rice, and probably would have been fantastic with noodles. The thai tea was necessary to tone down the for me. Traditional pad kee mak - 3.5/5 The wok hey on this was great, but I'm not sure if it was because we tried this last after everything thing else, but it came across as a little bland. Just found it didn't have the punchiness that everything else did.

Pii Nong Thai is a super fun and flavorful spot with dishes that not only taste great but look amazing on the table. The atmosphere has a cozy, vibrant feel — warm lighting, colourful décor, and a lively energy that makes the whole experience memorable. The food itself was delicious. The appetizers were fresh, and the mains had that rich Thai flavour with a good balance of spice and sweetness. Portions were generous, and everything came out plated beautifully. The drinks were refreshing, and the desserts were surprisingly creative. I just wish my food was seasoned a bit more, but overall the flavours were still enjoyable. The highlight for me was definitely the milk tea bear. It’s such a unique and playful idea — a cute frozen bear that slowly melts into your drink, making the Thai milk tea sweeter and creamier as you go. It was fun to watch, great for photos, and honestly made the drink taste even better. Little touches like that really make the restaurant stand out. Service was friendly and quick, and even though the place was busy, the staff made sure we were taken care of. If you’re looking for tasty Thai food with a fun twist and super photogenic dishes, Pii Nong Thai is definitely worth checking out — especially for that adorable milk tea bear.

As a birthday surprise, I was taken to try this Thai restaurant yesterday, and it was absolutely outstanding. Truly phenomenal. The flavours stayed completely true to their roots, this was by far the most authentic Thai food I’ve ever had. Every dish was vibrant, fresh, and perfectly balanced. If you’re debating whether or not to try this place, don’t hesitate. I highly recommend it. An unforgettable experience from start to finish. And if I have to recommend a must try dish.. the soft shell crab is out of this world!!

Every dish was perfectly cooked, full of authentic flavors, and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome the entire time. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious Thai food!

Went here for a work dinner and this restaurant exceeded my expectations! Lots to offer in their menu and I love they decorated the restaurant. They even have a small market where you can shop authentic Thai snacks and drinks. The staff were friendly and super accommodating for a large group (7 + a baby!). Their best drinks are so CUTE and I got the mango bear drink. The mango juice tasted so fresh and not artificial. The grilled pork jowl appetizer was absolutely amazing- a must order! For mains, we all shared but I recommend getting the soft shell crab curry. I’ve never had anything like it and it was so delicious. The crab was good on it own, but paired with the curry it’s an absolute flavour bomb!! I’m definitely coming back in the future, thank you Pii Nong for an amazing experience! We all enjoyed our meals there <3

Food: The menu featured all the familiar favorites of Thai cuisine, with plenty of variety for both spicy and mild palates. I ordered the Khao Soi, one of my all-time favorite Thai dishes. I’ve tried it at many different restaurants, and each place has its own version, especially when it comes to spice level. I’m not someone who handles spicy food well, but this one had just the right amount of heat—enough to give it a pleasant kick without being overwhelming. The dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with tender noodles and a creamy, fragrant broth that tied everything together perfectly. I also tried the Thai Iced Coffee, which was strong, bold, and energizing, though next time I think I’ll go for the Thai Iced Tea for something smoother and more refreshing. The only small downside was that a few side dishes, like the coconut rice, weren’t available that day. Overall, though, the food was delicious and satisfying. Service: The staff were kind, professional, and very attentive. They greeted us warmly, took our order quickly, and made sure everything came out just right. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn’t too busy, which made for a relaxing experience. The team checked in just enough to make sure we were happy with our meal while letting us enjoy our conversation. Ambiance: The atmosphere was lovely and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful Thai-inspired décor that created a warm and inviting space. I especially liked the small Thai shop inside, which added a unique touch to the restaurant. If I hadn’t been in a hurry, I would have loved to browse through it. The entire place was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a calm vibe that made it easy to unwind. It’s also conveniently located near the subway, which makes it an ideal spot to stop by for a meal or even to grab a quick coffee before heading out.
